2. POLISHING DEPARTMENT

• Metalworking - grinding, polishing of parts after machining (deburring)
•  Marking of products (electrochemical and impact method);

3.DEPARTMENT OF GALVANIZING

• Galvanic treatment: steel galvanizing - hangers (baths 3300 x 1400x800), steel basket (drum: 600 x W 400), soft aluminum anodizing (baths: 3200x600x900), color anodizing (baths: 500 x 400 x 450);

4.PAINT DEPARTMENT:

• Spray painting and using hydrodynamic pumps in a 6m x 4m x 3m booth
• Shot blasting in a blast chamber 6m x 3m x 3m;

5.OTHER SERVICES

• Measurements on the measuring machine CMM DEA Global Status 7.10.5; HEXAGON Global Advantage 9.20.8
• Measurements on the FARO Ventage Laser Tracker;
• Programming in NX CAM and modeling in CATIA V5;
•  Checking/calibration of selected groups of measuring instruments.
